thatz4u Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 Moebius 65 Comet & the AMT 67 Comet, other than the bodies, they look alot alike
afx Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 Of course the mechanical are similar they are both Mercurys built 2-years apart. Not sure I understand what you are wanting to know.
Vince Nemanic Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 The '65 is based on the Compact Falcon body and the '67 is based on the midsize Fairlane.

Maindrian Pace Posted June 25, 2017 Posted June 25, 2017 In the 1:1 world, the spindles can be swapped, but little else. In the model world, parts can be swapped as the suspension looks about the same in scale. So if you are looking to make the suspension more correct, and the AMT kit offers a better looking setup, swap away.
afx Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 I don't have both kits in front of me to confirm but I would suspect the suspension can be swapped. Why do you want to swap them?

afx Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 You could add lowering blocks at the rear axle and move the king pins up at the front.
