painting question??

what is this process called??where yall put water in a bucket,spray paint on top of it,then dip model body in it??need to research it, but donot know what it is called...thanks oldr-n-drt

Some people call it dyeing Easter eggs, some call it Swirl-a-delic, etc. and I'm sure there's other names for that technique of painting cars.

I am at the auto shop while they work on my car.  There is a TV talk show on, and they just did a demo of swirl-a-delic painting on picture frames - so Swirl-a-delic lives on!!!
