70s phantom rail ( final update ,completed)

Something i've wanted to build for a while, love the old school rails ,this is going to be a phantom rail my interpretatio of a 70s rail,pretty much everthing will fit the bill of the late 70s,but with my own paint and decal scheme,using the revell mongoose kit ,highlights of this kit are the rims or the monster hemi that comes with this kit.The rims can be left alone or dullcoated for a cool look.

Trying to get an more accurate look on the hemi valve cover, i think they will look better once painted and finished,i'll try to update once a week or every other week,stay tuned.

So i added a few engine components, built a engine stand also figure out colors for the body and the main theme name for the car (pic). Hopefully next update you will get a better idea  where im headed with the engine.

i believe modelroundup, he sells a ton decals of decals, they are made by slixx, be hes faster with shipping.

To get that look on the tires ,sand ,clear coat, apply decals,dullcoat ,works pretty good .

Absolutely beautiful! The wing looks like it's on backwards to me--I'm pretty sharp on wings, but not necessarily the wings on dragsters, so I might be wrong about this.
