What Is This?

Picked this up at a show a few months back with hopes of using the Revell '70 Torino to build it into a Ranchero.  However none of the parts want to fit.  Is it possibly a Hubley or a promo?

I have seen these before but do not remember who made it. The others I have seen are yellow plastic. Hard to find and you have a good body. Many posted on ebay have messed up roofs

Hmmmmm....some heavy handed scaling there. Very course grilles on the cowl, thick windshield pillars...looks like it was intended to be more "toy" than "model".
