porschercr Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 (edited) Testors liquid cement with applicator, any thoughts? Edited November 17, 2017 by porschercr
Mark Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Is this the "square" glass bottle? I use that, but I mix in some tube cement. It's thicker then, but not so much that you can't use the brush inside the cap. For thin liquid cement, I've got Tamiya, and probably still have some Plastruct or Tenax left, for now...

SSNJim Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 Love the stuff - it's all I use for plastic. I prefer the Model Master version - it has a thin metal applicator tube, and it is easier for me to be a little more precise. The Testors branded one has a thick tapered plastic tube. The cement is pretty thin, not thick like the tube glues.
Don Sikora II Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) I use Faller Super Expert. It's similar to the Testors, a thickish liquid somewhere between tube glue and a thin liquid cement like Tamiya. This has a metal applicator, and it's very easy to control. Good stuff. I've bought from Walther's, and have seen it at several hobby shops with good model train departments. Edited November 18, 2017 by Don Sikora II Replaced picture
porschercr Posted November 18, 2017 Author Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) Bought the Testors glue today. It works pretty good.At first it was a bit thick, shook the bottle, and nice and thin now. Edited November 18, 2017 by porschercr
