I think it's funny that your truck is carrying tanks, but the door decals proclaim "Arc Welding"!  Where's the arc welder?

I always got a  laugh out of that too. Somebody at AMT in the '90's wasn't quite sure what was what. The new reissue has Noah's Arc Welding, but that gets a pass for being punny.

Phillip- as far as your weathering goes, I think you're off to a terrific start. It looks like a mostly well maintained but tattered old work truck.

I would suggest adding a bit of wear on the top edge of the tailgate, as that area always has things resting on it, hand gripping it, and the paint getting dinged and chipped, too.

I have  little to no experience weathering a model, so take this with a few grains of salt, but as stated earlier, don't overdo the weathering. Better to leave the scratches, paint chips, and stains shallower, smaller, and fainter, as it's the more subtle contrasts which make thing look more realistic. The seat damage and wear you added is a good example of adding just enough.
