RED FROG HOBBIES out of business?

Red Frog Hobbies, are they out of business?  I ordered a Historic Miniatures Porsche 917 engine, I got an email from PayPal on Jan. 11, and then on Jan. 21 for payment withdrawal.  But I have not received it, nor have they sent any emails, and I have contacted them twice via their website, and called three times but voicemailbox is full.  I've had better service from Russians (yes I ordered a Porsche 959 Paris Dakar transkit, he responded with numerous emails, and I received it).

Was hoping somebody lived close by, and/or knew them.
