I forgot to install the rad and the electric fan before a put the body on. So I had to wedge the rad in and place the fan on the shroud.  Electric fan might get wanked and rethought. Need to make rad hoses. So I’m going to try some old rca. Cables.

Cool. I've been wanting to build an early third-gen and haven't done one since the early 90s at the latest. Great thread for reference. The exhaust looks *exactly* like the one I had on my '79 during sophomore year of high school in 1994 lol. It's hard to believe we used to just run a set of headers to glasspacks, clamp on a couple of crush-bent 90-degree bends and call it a day...

Thanks Guys .. Really Appreciate the comments.  Yeah Zak the exhaust sent me all over the place going crazy, so glad I have a large parts bin started from when I was a kid.

Hoping tonight Ill have some  bench time.. before the hockey game

Look'n pretty good Andre.

Don't forget to paint the section just below the headlight doors and edge of the hood black too. ;)

If you ask me, the screaming chicken is too cheesy for anything other than the equally cheesy 2nd gen.
