Billy Kingsley Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 You KNOW you have something, and you could swear you just saw it in one place last week, but then when you go and look for it, it's not there?? Yeah, I hate it! My 56 Ford went MIA. I only have one 56 (3 57s though!) and of cource now I want to build it, or at least get started on it. But I can't find it!!!
BIGTRUCK Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 Billy this is called Kens Cantfindus , your to young to have this , so my advice is buy another 56 and that will assure the original 56 to re-appear .this also works on other years not just 56's.........

Good advice. A variation on this premise is C.I.R.D (Craigs Instatanious Reissue Disease). Symptoms are paying too much for an old kit and/or having buyers remorse. Full fledge outbreak is when the kit is reissued a few months later.
Mr. Can Am Garage Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 Yes. Couldn't find my Duesey Town Car yesterday. Went through all the spots it could possibly be and nada. Finally found it this morning.
lordairgtar Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 Just remember, everything can be found in the last place you look, so to avoid all the wasted time, go there first
