Hi everyone,

Just wanted to announce the date for this year's show to all our Aussie modelling friends.  After twenty years of fabulous fun, we have decided to make SMCS#20 the Grand Final so if you have been one of those guys who has said "I must go to that one year!" then 2018 is the year.  

We will look at running a different format show in the future but for now we are going to take a break.  We still, however, want to go out with a bang so lets make this the best one ever.  Can we crack 100 entrants? Can we crack 1500 models? Let's give it a good Aussie go!

Good, show Alan! & good to meet up again after 20+ yrs here's a few pics of some cars from the show....first 3 were obviously parked out the front....mostly hotrods!

Thanks for the photos Chris.  Great to hear that you enjoyed the show.  It was an absolutely fantastic day in every possible way. It was sad to wrap it up after twenty fabulous years but it will give everyone involved a chance to look at a different format that will allow something new to come along in the future. I didn't want to see it die a slow lingering death but I could see things in the background that were going to affect the quality of the show in the future so I thought it better that we go out with a bang  and we did!
