Super28 Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 Looking for a model , even resin, of a 1964-66 Barracuda. Anybody know anyplace to get one?
StevenGuthmiller Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 Sure! This one can be had on ebay right now! It will cost you a mere $270.00! Be ready to pay prices like this for a pristine kit. Even a builder will cost you a little coin. Not sure, but there are probably some resin kits out there, or you can always shoot for a "Hemi Under Glass" kit if it doesn't need to be stock. Steve
SfanGoch Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 Ron Andrews, owner of RMR Resin, acquired all of the R&R Resin masters last year. From what I read on FB, he plans to recast most of the line. Maybe the '65 Barracuda Hardtop will be part of that.
Snake45 Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 I've seen both the '65 and '66 Cudas offered in resin. Don't remember exactly who has them, but it shouldn't take much googling to find them.
SfanGoch Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Moyor City Resin Casters makes a complete '66 'Cuda kit. Reliable Resin makes a '65 body. Unfortunately, Reliable Resin doesn't live up to its name.
BubbaBrown Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Motor city does a real nice 1966 with the hi-po exhast complete. That pipe really barked, cops hated them. For a 1965 MCW has stock and 2 funny car set ups. Good luck
