Hi.   I subscribed on May 1 but haven't received an issue yet.  Are you other guys getting subscription magazines delivered?

Yes, at the rate of about one a year.

Good luck, in the last 3 or 4 years we have received about two or three issues a year.

Strange that you would not be sent the last issue.  If they are already printed the only cost would be the mailing.  At this point a subscription is for a given number of issues versus a time period based upon reading other posts about the frequency of issues.
