I named this one "Cattywampus"  The kit had distortion in the cab, I never was satisfied with the outcome.  I couldn't get the bed to sit right, I gave up trying.  Hence the name.

anyway.. Here she is.

Nicely done!  Great weathering!  I had the same issue with the 71 Ranger. I had to grind away where the dash and windshield meet as well as where the firewall and interior tub join together.  It looks like you have the same issue with the interior tub being pushed down away from windshield which won't allow the cab to sit completely down to line up with the bed. Probably a little late advice now but from what I understand, its a common problem with these kits and you may want to build another.  Anyways, nice job!

Great job with the weathering.  It makes the fit issue you had seem like its a truck that had a hard life.

Yes it gives it some more character.  Thank you all for the nice comments.  Bill, Maybe the next build will be a better kit if not, I'll know more what to do about it

Those trucks in real life would have rusty rear cab mounts so it was common to see them sagging like that! Nice weathering job.
