Put chrome wheels on it with a small block and it would be a match to a fellow students car at Santa Monica City College in the early '60's. His rear fenders were bobbed a little as I recall.

I'd keep the red wheels and beauty rings, but I think I'd take the hub caps off and detail the hub. I like it so far!

This going to  look great under glass!! I have always loved the look  of a full fendered chopped 5W .

Doing it as a replica of a 1 to 1 and that is what he has on it
