4x2 Manifold for a 331 Caddy Motor

I have a future project and find myself in need of a 4-2bbl manifold for a 331 Caddy mill. Already checked out R&M. Thought maybe someone might have cast one.

I know it's old news but the Revell Big Daddy Roth Outlaw also has one. The same one used on Norm Grabowski's Kookie T. Different than the one in the parts pack.
