He is always at the NHRA museum during the finals at Pomona on Friday evening.

Dad worked with TV Tommy while Valvoline racing director 1960-70. Tommy was the only driver Mom got excited about meeting!! I love to see him again. GREAT build!

I met Tommy at the NHRA Dragracing Museum in Pomona a couple of years ago right before his 80th birthday...a very nice guy indeed, here is a photo of me and him in front of this particular car.

That's a beautiful model of Ivo's dragster and I got to meet him back in 2007 at the Holley National Hot Rod Reunion. Truly a great guy.

Hope he hangs in there for a while.  My hero's are dropping like flies lately.   I will be at the finals in Pomona in a few months and maybe I will run in to him again.

I remember seeing Ivo race at Suffolk Raceway in Suffolk ,Va in the mid 70's. He had the the carrier with the glass sides. We live about 25 miles from 2 drag strips.
