Detail Master Seat Belt article in MCM

There was an article for assembling the Detail Master seat belts that made the job easier.

I can't find my copy.

Can anyone tell me what issue it was in?

If it is the one with the drawings, it was OCT 2012 issue 171.

I have it in front of me.

It has a California Charger FE dragster in the upper right corner and an orange 70 Mach 1 and two Plymouths featured.
