Dyno Don Eliminator Cougar Frame

Hi, I’m starting on the Dyno Don Cougar, and need advice on the frame. The instructions show parts 3 & 5 as straight pieces, but as circled in the 2nd pic, one has a little loop on one end.

If the loop is critical, which one goes where?

Not sure, but is the loop for the steering? If so, then I'd think it goes to the front. Don't know if it's up or down, you'd have to test fit it.

the one with the loop goes to the front.

loop mounts  on the drivers side. And I think to the top ( not sure on the detail )

its the attaching point for the radius rod on the front axle ,,,hopefully you can make it out in this pic
