This ugly three wheeler is from India and based on a Reliant Robin. It name is Sail Badal or Sipani Badal and was build from 1974 until 1981.

I can't help but think that, odd as it is, the one in the photo must be one tough little bugger to be still soldiering on after what would seem to indicate a very hard and unforgiving life.
