eBay Seller Can't Accept Payment?

For my Cannonball project, I'm trying to buy some laptops and radar detectors. I found them from an eBay seller mali.steg, but when I go to pay it tells me, 'One or more sellers can't accept payments right now. Contact the sellers for help.' Has anyone run into this before? I was going to make them myself, but I don't think my eyes are quite up to that level of detail anymore.

I ran in to something similar but I think the seller was only accepting payments with a credit card only from Paypal.

Two things come to mind, neither of which may be correct. The seller may be on vacation and won't be able to ship so they blocked their PayPal until they get back. PP has an issue with them and their account may be frozen.

Have you tried contacting the seller to get the skinny? Should be your best course of action as that is what eBay is saying to do.
