It's just currently sitting together right now. I'm thinking of lowering it a little more and giving it a little more of a rake.

Iv been thinking of something new and interesting to do for this kit, and I think I found it. Somewhere in the "tips and tricks" I found a post where someone used tube aluminum and wrapped solder around it to make a turbo. So that's what I eventually did. I also drilled a hole into the fender for a neat exit for the exhaust.

Although the majority being completely different from my original intentions, the truck is coming along fairly well.

Those flares are starting to look the part Johnny  !

The roll bars look a little large, to my untrained eye.

how did you accomplish the GOODYEAR stencil on the tires ?

Looking good

Funny enough the Goodyear came that way from the box, although I could lie to you and say that I trained on some mountain top to hand paint Goodyear on the tires.

I just couldn't resist the BRE datsun colours, just need to find myself some racing numbers and sponser decals to put on the side of this. Not bad for a rattle can paint job though I could have done it a little bit better.

The pictures don't do much justice to how good the clearcoat turned out, but hopefully when it drys I can take a better photo with the bed and cab together

The datsun is complete, now just to finish the trailer. Im just waiting on a few things for the trailer first. But when the trailer is finally done I will be putting this truck and trailer under glassDSC_0578.thumb.JPG.7911a712f9e6462a69493f57269d8890.JPGDSC_0576.thumb.JPG.a4c6594c25753bf688cbe538477147d5.JPGDSC_0577.thumb.JPG.ba9e3d4b19cf058d253985a574a59a06.JPGDSC_0575.thumb.JPG.164b1b11d2f064778a093f55d25c52f8.JPGDSC_0585.thumb.JPG.8063f698f5eeccfb0095c1a0f8dca0f1.JPGDSC_0586.thumb.JPG.37c4027e45c80b51e1331a6dd1f46d23.JPGunder glass!

The trailer is almost done. for some reason the wheels don't want to stay glues on. otherwise the truck itself is done, I would like to upload them together under glass anyways.
