Going to start my first NASCAR kit in 20 or 30 years. This was given to me, so here goes Ray! This is a start

Make sure you either paint the letters white or flip the tire over and use some tire decals from that  era. If the letters are raised on the other side sand them off and use decals and then dullcote them so they don't peel off in the future.

Agreed.......cut the ring from the inside of the tires and use the back side out with GY decals. Also get aftermarket decal...kit decals are junk IMHO only.
