JerseeJerry55 Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 Good day all and hope all are well. I have a question about the Revell Peterbilt 359 snap kit. I was poking around on the Rocketfin Hobbies website and came across the following picture. Is that a new set of decals they are doing now? Have never seen this scheme by Revell before. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
Atmobil Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 Maybe so, atleast the decals looks good. I hope they let the tires cure properly in the molds for the next release. Mine (issued maybe 2006?) had tires that was unusable.

Agreed on the tires and it would help if they did a front visor as well.
Jim B Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 (edited) I'm sure it'll be the same old kit we've all known & loved for the last 40 years or so; but with different decals. Edited August 8, 2019 by Jim B corrected time per Håkan

How do we contact Revell to check? I love the kit but am not fond of the swirling tapered stripes that came in my last two kits.

You have to add 17 to your 20, the 1:25 Peterbilt 359 and Kenworth W900 Aerodyne snap kits were listed as new in the 1982 Monogram catalog and later issued under the Revell name...so it's 37 years since they were first issued. Time flies.
