GLMFAA1 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 Original AMT 1962 Thunderbird. Built by my brother in 1962, had red/white interior, gold underbody, white styrene turned yellow and chrome dissolved through the ages. Rehab project was changed interior to all black (mix of Tamiya flat black and NATO black), repainted frame with Tamiya gold, painted (Airbrushed)body with Tamiya gloss white. Re chromed using Molotaw pens. Antennas are cut straight pins. .

peekay Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Very nicely saved! I've always thought the original AMT kit's proportions were better than their more recent tooling.
