GOTH KUSTOMS Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 (edited) Ok I've only just started this thing off, I dont have a box shot so? didnt get it with the box, It was a polor lights kit, ecto 59 ghost buster ambulance. Now I've just choped the top and am doing all the fill in work, cut the hood out, so it will open, dont much like the rims and tires, but its all I have will trade them off If someone is interested, anyway, it will be channeld in front, an thats about it for now, besides the pannels in tha rear are scratched built. Hope you guys like the photo's. Oh yea this project will be chop'ed, channel'd and blown... Now I dont think these are the greatest pictures but I do hope you can see it. I'm one of those A.D.D kids, so I've got to be doing something diffrent all the time. Edited September 20, 2008 by unforgiven

GOTH KUSTOMS Posted September 29, 2008 Author Posted September 29, 2008 (edited) Well here It is with the texture, A lil rough to say the least, have alot of clean up work to do as soon as the paint dry's but It's comeing along. RodneyBad Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 The chop top looks very natural on it. Is that a textured paint for the roof?
GOTH KUSTOMS Posted September 29, 2008 Author Posted September 29, 2008 (edited) x2 whatd you use on the top? Thanx guys this will be a long build, It's a two part process part one I used Krylon's fusion for plastic texture'd paint , I did about three coats, use as many coats as you like to get the texture you want, It spray's a creamy white, then I used Krylon's fusion satin finesh black over the top of it, I still have to do the clean up you know sand'n the mask edge so I will see how I do'es, I try'd this out on a 59 El Comino bed cover and I like'd it so I thought I would try It on this. I got both cans of the stuff from Walmart. Oh yea! do it outside If you can, there Is plenty of overspray and It textures everthing... Edited September 29, 2008 by unforgiven

Gothic Kustomz Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 A Lil clean up work to do to the drive shaft tunnel, I wish I knew from what car the rear came from...
Bartster Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 A Lil clean up work to do to the drive shaft tunnel, I wish I knew from what car the rear came from... ......The rear is from AMTs '66 Nova pro street. I'll be painting one today for a '63 Fury project. I REALLY like what you have here. I agree with the rear being too high. After you lower it, you could rake the rocker panel line to be parallel with the ground. Otherwise, it looks like you'd have to raise the front a touch?
