bbowser Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Did he win? Nice job on the weathering, must have been a short track!
NYLIBUD Posted January 4, 2020 Author Posted January 4, 2020 Exactly. No room ,just a lot of banging around the track.
'70 Grande Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Nice build; the post-race weathering effects are quite good! Two questions- 1) How did you create that dent on the passenger-side door/fender? 2) Does this build have mis-matched tires, and if so, is that part of the post-race effects?

Thanks,I never build NASCAR.Its usually NHRA .But this was in a pile in one of my boxes. As far as the dent,I used a lighter for a few seconds, then used something to push it in.And don’t use your hand, cause it’s obviously gonna be quite hot. Then as far as the tires, they’re honestly whatever I could find, to try and match. Not so good. Thank you guys
NYLIBUD Posted January 30, 2020 Author Posted January 30, 2020 Added some more details...Beaten post race Petty’s Plymouth.
