I have seen this type of truck several times, but have no idea what it is called and so I can't find pictures because I have no idea what it is.

Imagine a normal truck with sleeper, long frame and a short box on the back, but still able to haul a trailer behind it. Its like a very short trailer box stuck on the back of the truck, but still has the fifth wheel to haul a trailer. What are they called?

Is this what you mean? I've usually seen it called a dromedary deck or truck. These are day cabs but they come with sleepers ad well.

That's neat..never seen something like that...looks like Walmart was testing them in Canada, calling them a Supercube.  Interesting also that the cab is a COE, something rarely seen in the US today.

Here is a moving van one with a sleeper also.
