IF Yenko had built a '69 S/C 427 Camaro with the RS package and white houndstooth interior, it would have looked like this. VERY well done "phantom" tribute.

Interesting, first Yenko I have seen with the RS package. I have several friends who own/owned genuine 1:1 69 Yenko Camaros and they were basic cars.

You DID see where I said it was a phantom and a tribute, didn't you? None of the Yenkos had anything other than black interiors, either, AFAIK.

One supposed fact I have read numerous times over the years is that of the (69) '69 427 COPO Camaros, 2 had the RS option.

You are confusing the ZL-1 COPO 9560 Camaros (of which 69 were built) and the L72 COPO 9561 Camaros, of which hundreds were built (including the Yenkos).

Two of the 9560s were in fact Rally Sports--IIRC, one in Cortez Silver and the other in LeMans Blue.

You are right. I left out the ZL-1 detail.
