What engine is in the Linberg Bobtail T

Just what the title says. I am drawing a blank when it comes to identifying what engine is in the Bobtail T.

The 1/8 scale one?

Y-block (272/292/312) Ford.  Pretty well detailed too, as I recall.

That whole car is a pretty good replica of a 1:1 T that appeared in one of the major car magazines in the late Fifties or early Sixties.  It may have even been on the cover.

Yes, Marty Hollmmans 1915 T, and it appeared on three different magazine covers. I did find a discrepancy on the engine. They call it both a Y-block, and a '49 Olds...
