Got My C8's 1/18 Maisto

I heard from Zen that Sam's had gotten their 1/18 scale models back, again... Music to my ears!! So, I immediately jumped in the truck and went on to my local Sam's Club... Found all kinds of stuff, but I ended up with these C8 Corvettes... Opened one up and set about painting the wheels silver... Just can't really say I like the black rims.... 

I can't believe how good these models are for $14.99.....I bought 2 of them for less than $33.00 out the door....

Opening hood, doors, truck, springy suspension, and steerable wheels.... Awesome models for cheap...

Silver wheels are the way to go...........can't stand the black wheels that are out there today.

There's a yellow one in that batch which is a limited color (Accelerate Yellow) on the 1:1 version.  The second wave has the charcoal gray w/ black stripes

Looks way better with the silver wheels. I should of grabbed one for myself.

Thanks, Bro... I'm just glad you gave me the heads up... I'm quite happy with these purchases... Haven't found a Mustang, yet, but I've got about 3 more Sam's around here to check...
