I purchased a 73 Resin model of a Duster to replicate my personal vehicle and found or had made some parts but I can't locate a 75/76 Duster grill.  The 73 grill just isn't correct.

Thanks,

Joe

Is the MPC (AMT?) kit/promo part not an option for you? This appears to be the '75-'76 style grille in an ebay completed sale listing:

Perhaps the recently reissued AMT Jim Cushman Duster Sportsman could provide the grille, too?:

I snagged that grille as soon as it hit the 'Bay .

That Jim Cushman version has the headlamps and turn signal / parking lamps covered by block-off plates .

I'll check around and see if I have a spare 1975 (1976) Duster grille .

Is the Plymouth logo in the center upside-down?

Oh , wow !  It IS !  Haha ! As many times as I've looked at not only the 1:1 grille of the 1975-1976 Duster and Valiant , but also the MPC grille , I never noticed that ! Someone must've had Pontiac on their mind when they cut the tooling ! Haha .

Oh , well...

I had to relook at it a couple of times. At first glance it looked almost like it was done in reverse. I think the reflection from the chrome treatment is such that it confuses the eye. I think it is done correctly after studying it for a while.

If you own one I'd love to buy one.  Heck I'd also be interested in a resin cast of the one you bought on ebay if you'd prefer not to sell the original.  It's one of the last parts I need to remake my actual car in 1:24.

Thanks,

Joe

Still looking for one.  Missed out on an MPC 75 Duster on ebay and I'm kicking myself.  If anyone has one I'm willing to try to cast one or we can find a caster who's interested.

Or if someone knows a 3d printer who makes them...let me know.

Thank you 1972coronet however I've tried to send him a message and I just keep getting an error on his site.   I'll try from a friends computer...
