blackbeard
looking for the rear size tire and wheel tub for a 10.5 outlaw car
Bills72sj
After a quick check of Jegs website, "10.5" tires come in varying height an section widths in spite of the same designation. Height x section width 26.0" x 10.5" is 1.04" x 0.42" in 1/25th scale 28.1" x 11.7" is 1.12" x 0.47" 28.5" x 13.0" is 1.14" x 0.52" 30.1" x 13.0" is 1.20" x 0.52" 31.5" x 14.7" is 1.26" x 0.59" I would use common NASCAR tires. A pair I am using are 1.14" x 0.518" which is right in the middle of the range of tires above. For wheel tubs you could just mini tub it like I did my current mustang build. Fat Brian
In 1/16 the measurement would be 5/8" to 11/16" wide and around 1 1/2" to 2" tall.
Dr Cobra
a 10.5 Outlaw car will have a rear slick with a 10.5" width designation. The height can be 28", 29.5", 31", or 33". The height varies according the fitment on the car and chassis. 31x10.5 is common.
