You mean, like at the rear of the body?  I'd look for a pan from some other car that matches up at the corners of the Deuce body, then cut it down to fit.  If you are able to vacuum form a part, you could make a simple mold and form such a part also.

I came up against this very problem with my current build and solved it with this..... the top of a ‘51 Chevy rear seat.
Narrowed slightly with a slight V to follow the curve of the ‘32 rear panel I think it looks just fine. I appreciate this only works if you have a suitable donor in the parts box but it’s an avenue to explore.

Well that looks a lot easier than what I  am doing, Cut out a section of round styrene tubing for the center and cutting down headlight buckets for the ends
