I purchased some plastic hood and fender ornaments from a man named Norm Nolder. I was very pleased with his work and he is a really nice guy. Explains how his produces are made. They are really nice and are not resin. He's a really nice guy,  He explained the process with his 3d printer to me. How some use plastic similar to weed whacker line. His uses liquid plastic. If I understood him correctly. Each one is hundreds or layers thick. They are still fragile just like the originals. I'm hoping he gets into making clear red taillights.

I got the '67 Chrysler hood ornament and I can vouch for the quality - a perfect fit. I should have asked who does his chrome - also great quality.
