i decided to  make a sovereign class variant that takes elements from  the  on screen design  one of the  production concepts and one of the star trek online  sovereign class variants  i  did the phaser strips  blue   like how the uss titan's were in  the season 1 finale of star trek lower decks  
i named it after  nathan even's wellerman sea shanty which he released on 1/21/2021 and thats were the registry number came from i  did not have any decals to make the name  and registry numbers for it  plus there are  some trek ships with no visible  name and registry numbers   and with this being in universe a  expermental   variant  design    for a new subclass  variant  for the sovereign  class  designed for exploration not combat like the main sovereign classes  were designed for   no visible name and registry number is fine as once it gets commissioned it will recive that  and the nx will be changed to ncc
