Has anyone purchased from Papyhobby?

I bought some parts for my bulldozer kit from them on May 2. I don't mind waiting, but I have been unable to get responses when I ask for the status of my order. I understand they're from Ontario, Canada(?). Can anyone tell me if this is normal? What was your experience?

Their website says they're in Quebec so it's hard to say. 

With the combination of Canada Post, delays at the border and last I heard, Quebec was at least partly on lockdown so it's entirely possible.

Even here in Canada, I wouldn't expect to have my stuff for at least another few weeks.

I ordered some bulldozer parts from them last fall.  Website said in stock but also said 2 weeks to make.  I think it was 3-4 months later I contacted them asking what the hold up was.  I never got a reply but the order did show up a couple of weeks later.  Most of the resin casters have been having supply issues, the resin they cast with is in short supply so that could be a part of it.  Dave at AITM put up a banner on his website as have a few others.  Good luck, I think you'll see the stuff eventually.  I know I probably won't order anything from them again unless I really need it and am willing to wait 3-4 months to get it.

Well, it's been 2 months so far...Won't hurt to give it more time! Thanks for the info!

I just received an E-mail from Papyhobby assuring me the items have been shipped and should arrive any day now...cool!

Items have arrived just as ordered. The label on the box verifies the claimed shipping date, so Papyhobby was truthful with me. It took six weeks for the package to navigate the postal system, apparently. Thus ends this saga.
