Aftermarket Street Rod parts - Who makes 'em?

Looking for a source for street rod parts like frames, suspension parts, bodies ect. 

I could search for hours but am hoping someone knows already.

Ed Fluck does a lot of traditional style parts and bodies. Theres a thread on here with his contact (

) details and his parts are very nice For more modern type parts try iceman collections on ebay, he has engines, chassis and suspension parts

Yes, Ed does great work too. Have dealt with him in the past. Unfortunately he does not have any suspension stuff like dropped axles and quick change rear ends.

Best source I've found for traditional rod solid axle front suspension is ThePartsBox.com ( https://www.thepartsbox.com/ ). Not only do they offer a full selection of I-beam and tubular dropped front axles but, critically, they are wire reinforced so that they don't sag over time, which is a problem with resin re-pops of styrene  front axles. I don't know of any one else who does this. That's a great tip, thanks Bernard!  I'm always looking for front axles, so I should order a bunch from them!

Shipping, as you can imagine, is relatively expensive unless you plan your order to spread the expense. First off they require a minimum order of $25.00 AUD ($18.75 USD at current exchange 0.75 USD/AUD rates). Fooling around with their excellent ordering system it appears that they charge a minimum of $25.00 AUD (again $18.75 USD) to the continental USA and that that covers most orders up to $125-$150 AUD depending on the weight of what you order. Then the shipping cost seems to go up in $10.00 AUD increments. So .for example, in my case i usually spend around $65.00 AUD so with $25.00 USD that comes to $90.00 AUD = $67.50 USD delivered, for lets say, a set of wheels and tires (their selection and quality is second to none), some suspension stuff, lighting and maybe some steering wheels. Their catalog is large and useful if you build hot rods, and drag subjects so when it comes time to order it's relatively easy to come up with a reasonably priced package. Check 'em out - you'll be glad you did!

That's SUPER helpful, thank you Bernard!  It's often easier just to ask someone who has dealt with these vendors, versus setting up an account and making theoretical order and so on.  With the exchange rate as it is, I'd say their shipping works out to be very reasonable!  And you're right, they have a tonne of cool stuff!

I think I might actually have a few of their resin pieces already, but I suspect I ordered them from someone here in the US at some point - they do nice work! 

Probably time to order my Christmas gifts to myself
