It is bare metal foil followed up with Tamiya Panel line accent. 

HI Scott,

The panel line accent around the chrome window trim really does a fantastic job.  Never seen that done before.  I might have to start doing that as well !   Everything else on this build is superb !!

Thank you very much. Not only does it fit the part well to make it look like the rubber on this build, it helps hide the edges of the BMF as well. 
 
I did it on my Caddy build as well.
