Chas SCR Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 I have a couple you can have. They are out of the 41 Lincoln Revell kit. Shoot me your snail mail and I will send them out.

jbwelda Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 theres a real cool one being offered in resin. i built one a couple years ago for the NNL West give away, maybe a search on NNL West will turn it up, i am afraid i dont remember the name of the guy doing them (though in a strange tangent to the motorcycles thread elsewhere, i think its the same guy who does the triumph repop for replicas and miniatures of maryland), but they were very nice with some cool vintage speed equipment that i dont think the original had.
Bernard Kron Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Two resin sources for the Lincoln V-12: Early Years Resin: http://www.freewebs.com/earlyyearsresin/engines.htm Towards the bottom of the page, 2 versions, stock and four-carb hot rodded version. I recently ordered parts from them. Shipment was within 48 hours and I received them within a week. Very clean and nicely made. The Parts Box: http://www.thepartsbox.com/complete/index....84&group=20 This one is different than either of the Early Years offerings - three carbs but includes headers. I also recetnly ordered parts from them. Shipment was within 72 hours but they are in Australia and I haven't received them yet - it's been about 10-12 days from when I ordered, so far. I can't report on quality as yet.
Smart-Resins Posted December 26, 2008 Author Posted December 26, 2008 Very cool. I will certailny keep them in mind. I will have to figure something out for a scot blower set up on one thats for sure! Jody
RyanSilva Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Hey Jody, you can make a S.c.O.T blower by using the supercharger from the AMT 1957 chevy belair. Not the retool version, but the one thats been reissued a million times. The supercharger is pretty close.. not dead accurate but close, just dont add the other items to it, the instructions say too.

Jody Hi Jody: Both Early Years and The Parts Box sell S.C.O.T. blowers. Also, I just received my parts from The Parts Box today. They are very nice indeed. Also, you can assume several days delay because I made a typo in the street address I gave them. Between that and the holidays I figure on maybe 10 days max from the time you order to receipt. Pretty good from the other side of the planet and for a resin caster at that!
jbwelda Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 heres some shots of one built up: i thought i had some better images saved but i cant find them when i need them!
Smart-Resins Posted December 27, 2008 Author Posted December 27, 2008 Still looks very cool! My build will require a altered intake for the blower on it! LOL. Thanks. Jody
