Notifications that lead... nowhere?

HI!

Since a few days, whenever I open the forum, I notice that I sometimes  receive notifications that fellow modelers "reacted" to a particular thread that I have started.

Among those, when I click on them to go directly to their comments in a specific thread... it gets me to said thread, allright, but nowhere is a post that correspond to the notification in question. 

I'm puzzled... Is-there something that I do not understand, or are those "ghost" replies that do not exist? 

Just curious. Maybe the moderator could shed some light on that?

I think that someone accidentally hits the reaction button and quickly undoes it, but it already triggered the notification.

Reactions are not replies. They are reactions to one of your posts using the heart-shaped button on the right. I just reacted "confused" to your post.

,,, and when you hover over that button, 4 more reaction choices will slide out to the left for you to choose from.

I see the nuance between reactions and replies now. I learned something (again!) today.
