It may be possible that they are getting UV light from a window and I just need to put them in a box after first cure.

My next attempt would be to leave it on the supports for a few days. You might be correct about the daylight causing the problem.

Do you have the ability to core out the frame rails to the top to reduce the will thickness?

Did the warp issue on the frames get sorted out? I’m looking to build a long bed and would like to start with a frame of the correct length.

So, I have been so busy on other projects, I kind of lost track of this one. However, I may have a new plan. I have been using a SLA (resin) printer to do these parts, but I recently got a FDM (filament) printer and have been playing with it. While there will not be the crispness that the SLA gives, the frame printed with FDM should be stronger, not warp and be an easy print. A little sanding and some primer should remove any layer lines. 

It will be a near future print for sure.
