They are Guide (brand?) headlights.

The last issue of the Revell (formerly Monogram tool) 30 Phaeton street rod kit had a pair. But that issue is getting scarce, wish they would reissue it.

Guide headlights were original equipment on things like trucks and agricultural equipment.  They were also sold aftermarket as individual lamps or kits to add or convert older vehicles to sealed beam lights.  Reproductions are available in the hot rod world.

Thank you, Gents, I suspected it was the case of the 1:1 units. The kit situation is , of course, bleak. The RMCM route looks like the way. Thanks all!
