JerseeJerry55 Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 My 1970 Firebird Trans Am started. Laid a coat of Tamiya White primer. Then just l laid down a base coat of Testors Diamond Dust. Will wait a couple of days to spray the TS51 Racing Blue top coat. As much as I like using enamels, certain models should only be sprayed with lacquers. This kit falls in that category for me.
espo Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 Nice looking start. You might even consider just a coat or two of clear over your base coat. This is a nice-looking color as is. 1
