Brian Austin Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 The little Super Mini-Van in the Firestone ad would be fun in 1:25 scale. ? 1
Mike C. Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 (edited) I just saw one on American bickers that looked like the one I had. It said Enduro on the tank. Had the lace up wheels. Didn't have the Tecumseh engine but that more elaborate one. I'm pretty sure mine had the same but it was yellow and black. Looked kind of like this one only the frame, fork and swingarm were all black Edited August 28, 2022 by Mike C.
Mopar maniac 74 Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Nice pics mike. I like the fact you had your helmet on for the still picture bit not when taking the jumps with the Yamaha. Mini bike were the transition from bicycle to motorcycle when we were kids. After the Rupp I got a sachs sundowner 50c.c, with a 2 speed auto transmission. We sold them in the early 80s for around $250 and I can sell a gas tank from one for more than that now.
Mike C. Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Ha! Years after, when I had my Yamaha IT, I had to have all the latest riding gear. I had one of these Bell helmets. That was like the "It" helmet back in my day.
oldcarfan Posted August 29, 2022 Author Posted August 29, 2022 Come on, AMT or Mobius please make this van in 1/25th scale!
