Pretty much the same result. Found many warped parts that I simply couldn't get to fit correctly no matter what I did. Like you, I did put some pieces into my spares box.

Thanks Jim and Bob. I found patience is the key with foiling. And I'll get a certain amount completed and then leave it alone for a while.

Thanks Alan. I've included a picture of the can and I get it at the home center. I like it since it holds up pretty well to more aggressive wet sanding without burning through the finish. And I polish it with Meguiars Scratch-X.

Lacquer clear? You can shoot this over enamel?
