Zippi Posted November 27, 2022 Author Posted November 27, 2022 Haven't had a whole lot of bench time but I did manage to get the hood emblems chromed. I used my stamping process and once again it looks pretty good. 2

I have used this process with the liquid chrome a hand full of times and it's worked every time. Just go slow and very little chrome on the eraser. Better to not have enough and you can go back and hit it again. If you flood it.....it's game over. 1 1
Joe Nunes Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Thank you for the additional advice. I had noticed that there was little paint on the eraser. A case of less is more. Joe

Practice on an old body first. That's what I did. Takes a little practice. 1
Joe Nunes Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Will do. The oldest body here is the one writing this...however, I can practice on it if need be. Might look a little bit funny though with tiny silver dots all over it but a man does what a man has to do. ? Joe

I then shot it with Rust-Oleum Matte Cleat. 1
