George Bojaciuk Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) I have 8 remaining Formula bodies and hoods. I will not be doing any more resin casts. I still have a few flat hoods left from a previous order. All of my Pontiac Aircleaner packages have been sent to Wylde Parnelle for design and printing. I also sent a nose and Formula hood for print evaluation. GTO wing spoiler and ducktail are also in his hands for print review. He also has ‘67-‘69 Firebird hoods. I sent flat 326, Ram Air twin scoop and Trans Am. He’s been a busy guy with all his truck grilles lately, but he has sent me a preliminary view of the wing! Exciting! I will keep you posted! mikemodeler Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 George, Can you post pictures of the Formula bodies and hoods? I don't recall seeing them, just might have to have one! Thanks! Mike

George Bojaciuk Posted November 16, 2022 Author Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) ‘68-‘70 Ram Air GTO. Sits on a Monogram ‘68 GTO hood. Edited November 16, 2022 by George Bojaciuk 1
George Bojaciuk Posted November 16, 2022 Author Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) ‘71-‘72 GTO fit. This is on a MPC hood. Edited November 16, 2022 by George Bojaciuk
George Bojaciuk Posted November 16, 2022 Author Posted November 16, 2022 Jeff Pierson masterfully mastered the Formula 400 items. The other parts are from my GTO Diecast program. The fit on Monogram is perfect. The fit on MPC may need some minor tweaking as these were originally 1:24 scale parts. As you can see, tho, the fit of the underside of the ‘71–‘72 Ram Air set up is quite close. I still have a few resin pieces left. Going forward they all will be printed. Feel free to message me with any questions!
Wylde Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) The GTO wing is nearly done. Between working full time and designing products I am a very busy, should be retired guy, but I have committed to working for at least 5 more years after starting a new position. All of these items will be done by no later than end of the year. Yes it takes that long when doing this part time. The hoods are going to take a little longer, complex for the program I use, but the air filters and spoilers, fairly easy. GTO wing thus far. Edited November 16, 2022 by Wylde
mikemodeler Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 Those look very nice, you referenced Monogram, am I safe to guess that the current issue 70 T/A is the chassis/interior/engine donor? That might have to be added to my ever growing list #2 from you! 1
George Bojaciuk Posted November 16, 2022 Author Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) I almost forgot… I did measure an original MPC GTO for rear bumper fit as compared to the ‘72 reissue. Wylde will be doing a correct fit rear bumper! Edited November 16, 2022 by George Bojaciuk 2 2

mikemodeler Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 Ordered one of the Formula bodies from George last week, shipped it on Friday and was on my porch an hour ago. Beautiful looking body and parts, minimal cleanup needed. 1
