Brian Austin
In the early 1960s Lindberg produced a small line of HO model trains. A switcher and an assortment of freight cars were offered, as were freight car trucks that were exceptionally free-rolling. Reportedly Lindberg were among the first to employ Delrin in model products. Dave Van
I recall seeing those kits on hobby shop shelves.....but at a little higher than car kits.......cars won out.
Ace-Garageguy
I well remember the trucks. They were the hot setup for a time, and still function fine.
Little Timmy
They also produced a line of 1/87 scale vehicle kits to go along with their trains. Not a lot to the kits, 8 or 10 parts if I remember correctly.... ( 4 of those parts were tires ...)
Brian Austin
I was presuming people here would be more familiar with the Mini Lindys than the trains. 🙂
