I decided to use a straight 6 rather than a V-8 for the engine

This looks pretty good! Especially the engine.... I think, though, the next time I wanted to paint something silver, maybe I would use something like DupliColor. They have several silver metallics that look like what a real car would be painted in........ The silver you have there would usually be used as a base color for something transparent, like a candy paint.

Went with a brown interior an interesting feature of the bench seat is that it is hinged to fold forward ,not usually seen on regular cab models.I know that the full sized trucks had that feature should you have a leak or sending unit issue.

Installed the engine and had to make a long driveshaft!

I have decided to use walnut veneer for the planks in the truck bed.I cut the veneer into strips and attached them with CA.I will use gloss Polycyclic to finish them.

Installed the exhaust system.

Mounted up the cab and bed to the frame and added fender wells, steering shaft, master cylinder and the radiator.

Added chains to the tail gate

Installed the front and rear bumpers.

how did you handle it without fingerprints  cotton gloves

Nah just let it cure for a couple of days and handle it as little as possible.
