I can access all the mobile companies and submit my address to find out if they are covering me. All of them seem to have of jumped onto this wireless internet and phone bandwagon and streaming service. Not sure why AT&T is planning to leave. Unless they want me out of the “grand fathered” plan and into a new more costly one. That could very well be the case. $70 a month for 250 GB of data and unlimited calls is pretty cheap. And the service has only begun to give us issues.

Are there any businesses near to your home that offer free wifi? (like in aless than a couple hundred metres/lots of bananas) if there are you can signal boosters (designed for larger or older houses) that might enable you to use their internet. I'm not sure how legal this is but a vpn might help to hide your location. Its not a great solution but it might be something that could tide you over in the short term until you find a deal thats better. It shocking to me how much you guys pay for internet sevice, mine cost £300 for the full year and if i had a cell phone that does internet i could spend the year in america and still be cheaper than you guys that live there.

No. I live on a rural road outside a village. No access to any of that.

What's kinda sad today is that a lot of service providers don't really give a rat's rump about providing "service", but they're more than happy to keep raising the rates.

I hate my home internet guys, but they're the only ones offering what I need at that address. If I'd bought the place, I'd damm sure be looking at something like Starlink, but since I'll be down the road in not too much longer, I'll just put up with the high cost and frequent outages (usually during my morning business sessions).

Hard to believe T-Mobile isn't available where you are. I've traveled extensively with someone who uses them, and coverage has been really great everywhere, even podunk towns in the desert.

I just checked T-Mobile again. No. Not in my area. I think the phone service might differ from this home wireless internet. I'm not sure but maybe that's the difference. I will say. I can tell when Lunch hour is at the school. Our internet speed drops tremendously.

Oh. I guess they are phasing out the HomeBase and now have the Franklin A10. Now why didn't anyone tell me this with the numbers of calls I made? Looks like I will have to cancel my account and open a new one to get the $79.00 price.   www.att.com/buy/connected-devices-and-more/franklin-a10.html?source=EC1N0000000waa00E&wtExtndSource=0123_jmt1_nat_a_fran&dclid=CPDTwK6Dw_wCFVwNaAgdd-QJsQ
